Development agreement - borregaard and billerudkorsnäs

Borregaard and BillerudKorsnäs have entered into a development agreement where BillerudKorsnäs wish to run full scale tests of packaging products containing micro fibrillated cellulose (MFC). Borregaard’s new Exilva MFC plant is well positioned and has sufficient capacity to support BillerudKorsnäs in this development. - Borregaard welcomes this cooperation with BillerudKorsnäs.  Our Exilva MFC products have excellent strength and barrier properties and should hence be good materials for BillerudKorsnäs to further develop their position as a world leader in sustainable packaging solutions.
