Creating value by developing people
Borregaard has set up internal training programmes in its areas of core competence. 15% of the company’s
employees work in sales, marketing and customer service. It is important to know the various customers’ needs and the value of Borregaard’s products and solutions. To maintain this knowledge, Borregaard also operates an “Application Academy” and a “Sales Academy”.
