Exilva pH Compatibility

Tests in our laboratory demonstrate the robustness of Exilva® over a wide pH range. Exilva maintains its performance in a pH range from 1 to 13 over time without gelling or precipitation. Exilva is a robust stabiliser and rheology modifier in very acidic and very alkaline liquid formulations.

Results show that Exilva can be used as a rheology modifier and stabiliser in different kinds of systems. Compared to other additives used for these purposes, Exilva has a unique advantage: it is stable over a wide pH range from pH below 2 to pH above 12.

This enables Exilva to be used in a variety of products from low to high pH systems, as well as in manufacturing processes where high or low pH is required.

No flocculation, gelling or precipitation is observed.
