At a meeting on 9 February 2017, the Board of Directors of Borregaard ASA decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2016 of NOK 1.75 per share and an extraordinary dividend of NOK 1.75 per share. In total, the proposed dividend is NOK 3.50 per share.
