Borregaard ASA: Shares for employees 2023

2 March 2023: Borregaard ASA (“Borregaard”, OSE ticker: BRG)

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 6 and 13 February regarding the shares to employees’ programme. Today Borregaard transferred in total 169,213 shares to the 486 employees who participated in this year’s programme.

After this transfer Borregaard owns 247,182 treasury shares.
