CORRECTION: Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade - options, repurchase of own shares
This is a correction of the announcement from 16:57 14.03.2019 CET. Reason for the correction:
In the announcement dated 14 March 2019 it was incorrectly informed that Borregaard repurchased 2,086 own shares. The correct number is 12,914 shares. Consequently, the total number of treasury shares held by Borregaard following the transaction is 298,910, not 288,082.
