Best at IR reporting
Borregaard has received The Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts’ Stockman Award 2020 for its reporting to the financial market.
It is the second time Borregaard receives this award in the category of small and medium sized companies. The company scores high on the availability of key personnel, equal treatment of market participants, open, credible and consistent information as well as environmental and social responsibility. Borregaard also won the open class in 2017.
For over thirty years, the Stockman Award has been handed out to Norwegian listed companies that is best at continuously informing its operations to financial communities and shareholders, and that publishes the best annual and interim reports based on best financial analytical principles.
The Stockman Award is based on direct input from brokerages and Norway's largest investors, as well as from members of the Norwegian Association of Financial Analysts (NFF). Players are asked to nominate relevant candidates for each class and answer a market survey based on a list of criteria from the NFF's Stockman committee, which selects a winner.
