Standard Range: Performance in Concrete

Demonstrations at our concrete laboratory show the performance of our standard Borresperse® lignosulfonates in concrete. We used a typical mix design for European concrete strength class C25/30 for the tests.

Our products can influence all parameters when used as a plasticizer in concrete: initial flow, workability, setting time and compressive strength development. The effect depends on the dosage. A typical range is 0.1 to 0.6% solids by weight of cement (sbwc).
