Intact Aqua is a sustainable pellet binder that supports consistent water stability, fewer fines and reliable process performance in shrimp and aquafeed production.
This guide gives you practical recommendations for integrating Intact Aqua into your formulation and production process.
Recommended Dosage
Dosage depends on your feed formulation, target water stability and processing conditions.
Recommendation:
Start at ≥0.3% inclusion. If you are currently using a binder (e.g. PMC), Intact Aqua can be used at a similar inclusion level and then adjusted based on the desired water stability.
Optimise the dosage based on species, raw materials and required pellet performance. Final dosage should be confirmed through trials.
Point of Addition
Add Intact Aqua after milling and before conditioning to achieve optimal performance.
