Electronic Wet Chemicals
Borregaard offers bio-based additives for the formulation of electronic wet chemical solutions. These products are used at wet treatment stages (etching and cleaning) during the manufacture of semiconductors, photovoltaic (PV) solar cells, silicon wafers, hard disk media, etc. They are highly effective texturing and cleaning additives, used for enhancing the surface structure and removing impurities, contaminants, and other residues.
