Bio-based anti-cracking agent
Exilva® Anti-Cracking
Bio-based, high-performance protection
against mud-cracking and micro-cracking.
Exilva® is a next‑generation, bio-based, EU Ecolabel‑compliant, APE‑ and VOC‑free, Zero Dust additive designed to prevent mud-cracking and micro‑cracking in paints and coatings, without compromising performance.
Its patented technology prevents the skinning of the drying film and absorbs internal mechanical stresses – delivering reliable, crack‑free results even under challenging conditions.
Bio-based & eco-friendly
EU Ecolabel-compliant, APE-free, VOC-free – ideal for low-emission coatings.
Reliable performance in cold and challenging conditions
Maintains anti-cracking performance from early spring to late autumn, even in low-temperature or high-humidity conditions.
Performance without trade-offs
Reinforces the film, maintains scrub resistance, block resistance, colorant compatibility, no negative impact on colour or stability.
Broad Resin Compatibility
Works with acrylic, PU, styrene acrylic, vinyl acetate, VEOVA systems.
