Cement retarders
Variation in well conditions dictates the need for custom-tailored retarders to fulfil proper zonal isolation requirements. Our BioDrill RC family of bio-based products is used to retard the setting time of cement, extend pump times and allow the cement to set at the desired location in the production string. They function as robust retarders and dispersants across a broad range of cement types and drilling temperatures.
Our BioDrill RC product family is derived from lignosulfonate, a sustainable biopolymer that poses little or no risk to the environment.
