How to dissolve Exilva:
Exilva F 01-L (2% gel) can be dispersed without high shear, but it takes a little more than hand-mixing. We recommend using an overhead stirrer at 400+ rpm for 15-30 minutes to make a fully homogenous dispersion of Exilva F 01-L in your formulation.
Exilva F 01-V (10% paste) needs to be dispersed with high shear mixers such as a rotor-stator, an overhead mixer equipped with a cowles blade, or an in-line homogenizer, for example.
