Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade - options - repurchasing of own shares
10.05.2016: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)
On 10 May 2016, in connection with Borregaard's option programme, 40,000 options in Borregaard shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 15.18 per share.
In the same transaction, Borregaard repurchased 40,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 59.79 per share. The repurchase is conducted in accordance with a proxy given at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 13 April 2016.
After the transaction, the total number of options issued in Borregaard shares is 1,113,800. Borregaard owns 448,880 treasury shares representing 0.45% of total shares outstanding.
