JAAG Consult AS, a closely related party to Jan Anders Oksum, chairman of the board of directors of Borregaard ASA
(ticker: "BRG"), has on 14 May 2018 acquired 1,500 shares in Borregaard ASA at a price of NOK 84.60 per share.
Following this transaction, Jan Anders Oksum and related parties own 11,500 shares in Borregaard ASA.
