Borregaard intends to communicate actively and openly with the market, and our goal is to ensure that all shareholders and other financial market players are treated equally as regards access to financial information.

Pre-close calls are organised by Investor Relations as virtual group meetings and are accessible to all stakeholders. The dates for the quarterly pre-close calls are published well in advance in the Financial Calendar.

We comply with the Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR of 1 March 2021.
