Exilva® Speedbooster enables higher corrugator performance

To maintain stable production across varying paper qualities, board grades (including double wall, triple wall, and heavier constructions), and operating conditions, corrugators must carefully balance speed, adhesive application, and energy input. Exilva® SpeedBooster is a bio-based cellulose fibril technology that enhances bonding performance and improves adhesive robustness under challenging production conditions. By strengthening the bonding process, it enables a wider and more stable operating window, even at slitter and knife.
This makes it possible to run at higher speeds with consistent board quality, while reducing glue and energy. The result is higher output, improved efficiency, and more predictable production performance.
