This is how you receive orders from Borregaard

Electronic invoicing is part of our initiative to ensure correct payment, strengthen our supplier relationships and reduce our environmental footprint.

For larger procurements, we require insurance during the guarantee period with a bank guarantee corresponding to the Warranty Bond Guarantee with validity until the expiry of the guarantee.

When invoicing prior to providing services or goods, Borregaard requires an advanced payment guarantee that is valid until the service or goods have been delivered. In case of delay, the guarantee must be extended.

For purchase of goods and services, Borregaards general terms and conditions will apply.
