Lisbeth Grambo

Lisbeth Grambo (born 1972), General Counsel.

Lisbeth Grambo has served as General Counsel and member of the Group Executive Management of Borregaard since 1 July 2026.

Before joining Borregaard, Ms. Grambo held the position as legal counsel at Yara International ASA (2017-2026) where she also served as a member (since 2019) and Chair (since 2021) of the Board of Yara Norge AS. Prior to this, Ms. Grambo was legal counsel at ABB AS (2008-2017), lawyer at law firm Wiersholm (2000-2008), and lawyer at law firm Langangen & Engesæth (1997-2000).

Ms Grambo holds a Law degree (cand.jur.) from the University of Oslo, Norway.
