Knut-Harald Bakke

Knut-Harald Bakke (born 1987), Executive Vice President (EVP), BioSolutions

Knut-Harald Bakke has been with Borregaard since 2019 and became a member of the Group Executive Management in 2025. Prior to his current position, he served as Director of Energy (2019-2022) and later as Director of Investor Relations (2022-2025).

Before joining Borregaard, Mr Bakke held senior leadership roles at Norsk Hydro, where he was responsible for global energy market operations. He also gained industrial experience through roles in business development at Fred. Olsen & Co. and as an operator at Norske Skog.

Mr Bakke holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
