Kari Strande

Kari Strande (born 1962), Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources

Kari Strande has been with Borregaard since 2008 and has been a member of the Group Executive Management since 2025. 

Prior to joining Borregaard, she held HR positions at Bærum Municipality, InFocus AS and Wiersholm. 

Ms Strande has a broad educational background in Health and Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and Leadership Development from the University of Puget Sound, the University of Oslo and BI Norwegian Business School.
