All analytical and management procedures at Borregaard are in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard for quality. Borregaard’s 24-hour speciality cellulose laboratory performs about 200 process and product analyses every day to ensure that we produce and deliver the correct product quality.

Our SAP electronic business management system automatically controls each batch of cellulose against the customer specification, ensuring that only controlled and approved material is delivered to our customers.

We make our greatest efforts to supply our customers with superior products produced by environmental friendly processes. The high utilization of the wood raw material, where more than 90% is turned into products, is an important part of our green concept.

Borregaard is certified according to the international standard for environmental management ISO 14001.
