Borregaard is organised into four divisions according to market and product type.
Borregaard ChemCell (Specialty Cellulose) is responsible for specialty cellulose and bioethanol, Borregaard LignoTech (Performance Chemicals) for lignin-based products and trading activities, Borregaard Synthesis for fine chemicals/pharmaceuticals and Borregaard Ingredients for vanillin products for foodstuffs.
